In the design phase, we place great importance on the safety and ergonomics aspect to prevent accidents for a risk-free machinery operating environment. Furthermore, we have developed and built a system of perimeter/accident-prevention metal protections for pre-installed machinery, complete with panels and doors that can be easily attached.
An automatic vertical sliding safety door has also been designed and built to halt machinery in the event of involuntary intrusion, operated by a brushless electric motor drive. The mechanical solutions adopted serve to decrease system management costs, both economically and environmentally.
